Lite Connect Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled when using Lite Connect for iPhone, developed by Lite Digital LLC (the “Developer”). Lite Connect is a network client that works with configurations independently added by the user. The Application does not provide servers or network access services and does not sell or distribute configurations.

Lite Connect does not require users to create an account with the Developer and does not transmit personal data to the Developer when its connection features are used. The Developer does not collect the following data from the Application: — Contact information or user and device identifiers. — Browsing history, DNS query history, or the contents of transmitted traffic. — Application usage information or connection statistics. — Diagnostic logs or crash reports. — User-provided keys or configurations. The Application does not use advertising tracking, behavioral analytics, or automatic telemetry reporting to the Developer or its partners.

The key added by the user is parsed on the device to import connection settings. It is not used to authenticate with a server operated by the Developer. Configurations, access credentials, and settings are processed on the iPhone to enable the client’s functionality. The Developer does not receive copies of this information or store it on its own servers. When a connection is established, the necessary access credentials are used to communicate with the server specified in the user’s configuration.

The Application connects to infrastructure selected by the user. The operator of the selected server may receive the user’s IP address and other information necessary to establish and maintain the connection. That operator’s data processing practices depend on the protocol used, the server’s settings, and its own privacy policy. The Developer of Lite Connect does not operate these servers or determine their data retention practices.

If a user voluntarily contacts support, the Developer receives the contents of the request and information available through the chosen communication channel, such as the user’s Telegram username. This information is used to respond to the request and resolve the issue. It is not used for advertising or tracking. Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request. Users may request its deletion unless further retention is required by applicable law. The communication service used handles data according to its own policies.

The Developer does not maintain a server-side database of user configurations, keys, or connection history. Local configurations and settings are deleted on the user’s device. The Developer has no remote access to this data. Users may contact support for assistance with deleting it. To request deletion of information voluntarily provided in a support request, users may contact the Developer using the details below.

This Privacy Policy will be updated when the Application’s data handling practices change. The current version will be published with its last updated date.
